Company Profile

Rients Assessment & Consultation Services, Inc. is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Rick Rients.

The corporation is licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health to provide substance abuse assessments that meet the requirements of the Iowa Department of Transportation.

Mr. Rients began his career in the substance abuse field in 1983.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and Psychology from Upper Iowa University and holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Osteopathic Medicine.  His experience in the substance abuse field includes working with adolescents, adults, and the criminal justice population.

He is certified by the Iowa Board of Substance Abuse Certification as an Advanced Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
